The Oulu Facility Services Department Requests Your Offer For The Renovation And Maintenance Service Of Building Automation Systems In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. With This Procurement, Service Providers Are Being Sought For The Renovation And Subsequent Maintenance Of The Customers Systems At The End Of Their Life Cycle. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Renovation And Maintenance Of The Systems And The Provision Of The Cloud Control Room Service For The Renovated Objects With Additional Services. The Description Of The Procurement Is Presented In The Service Descriptions Attached To The Tender Request. - Appendix 1. Service Description Of The Framework Arrangement - Appendix 1.1. Cloud Monitoring Service Description - Appendix 1.2. Service Description Of The Analytics Service The Framework Arrangement Is Concluded With Three (3) Suppliers. The Customer Selects Suppliers For Renovations Of Building Automation Systems Primarily Through Mini Tenders. The Customer Can Also Use Suppliers In Order Of Priority, In Which Case The Work Is Offered First To The Supplier Ranked First Without A Mini-Competition. A Separate Decision Is Not Made On Mini-Competitions For Contracts Below The National Threshold Value. The Agreement Can Also Be Used By Other Units Of The City Of Oulu. Offers May Not Contain Their Own Conditions. The Customer Has The Right To Reject All Offers. The Language Of The Offer Is Finnish, But Documents In English Are Also Accepted As Attachments To The Offer.
