This Public Service Contract Includes: • The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A Presumed Quantity Of 4 Self-Cleaning Public Toilets On The Territory Of The City Of Brussels (Chapters B And C Of The Technical Clauses) Over A Period Of 24 Months; • A Renewal Of The Initial Contract Is Planned For The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A Presumed Quantity Of 4 Additional Public Toilets In The Territory Of The City Of Brussels; • For Each Newly Installed Public Toilet, Periodic And Corrective Maintenance Is Planned For A Period Of 120 Months, As Well As The Provision Of A License For A Remote Telemaintenance Web Application (Chapter D Of The Technical Clauses). The Self-Cleaning Public Toilets To Be Provided Are Completely New, Are Accessible For People With Reduced Mobility And With Free Access For Users. Obtaining Planning Permission Authorizing The Installation Of These Toilets In The Public Domain Is The Responsibility Of The Adjudicator, As Are The Requests And Costs Linked To The Connection To The Sewer, Water And Electricity. . The Type Of Cladding For Each Toilet Is Chosen By The Contracting Authority In Order To Be Able To Integrate It Harmoniously Into Its Environment.
