The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Steel Support Feet For The Sidewalk Support Frames Made Of V32 And V36 Sections, In The Following Varieties And Quantities: 1) Support Foot With An Area Of 400 Cm2 And Dimensions 20X20 Cm - 110,000 Pcs., 2) Support Foot With An Area Of 600 Cm2 And Dimensions 20X30 Cm - 12,000 Pcs. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Part Ii Draft Contract, Part Iii Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Contract In Question Is A Sectoral Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 35) Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. If The Ordering Party Refers In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Or Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offered Solution To Meet Other Requirements, Provided That All Features, Parameters, Efficiency And Functionality Specified In The Swz Are Met (Equivalent Solutions). Therefore, It Should Be Assumed That When The Content Of The Swz (Including The Content Of The Annexes) Contains References To Such Solutions, They Are Followed By The Phrase Or Equivalent, And The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Are Indicated By The Ordering Party Each Time For A Given Solution.
