The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Absolute And Timely Delivery.3. The Quantities Of Articles Provided In The Annexes To The Offer Form Are For Conversion Purposes, The Contractor May Propose Other Package Sizes And Recalculate Them Accordingly (Rounding Up To Full Packages).4. The Quantities Provided In The Price Form Are Indicative And The Contractor Cannot Rely On Them When Using Them For A Given Price List Item, And Therefore To Sell Items At Unit Prices Other Than Those Given In The Offer. The Ordering Party Estimated The Quantities Based On Current Consumption. In The Case Of This Order, The Total Value Of The Order, Which Will Be Specified In The Contract, Plays A Key Role. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Of These Items At The Tender Price Until The End Of The Contract Implementation Period.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Polish Standards And Other Legal Provisions Regulating The Requirements In The Field Of Ergonomics, Safety And Appropriate Quality.6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Authorized For Trading And Use In Accordance With The Regulations Applicable To Hospitals.7. The Contractor Will Deliver And Install All Required Dosing Systems And Boxes In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Within 10 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than Before The First Delivery Of The Purchased Funds Under Pain Of Terminating The Contract With The Contractor And Charging Contractual Penalties.8. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Current Clp Regulations. 9. The Ordering Party Will Successively Determine The Size Of The Order (Type And Number Of Articles To Be Delivered) Depending On The Needs.10. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. Offers That Do Not Include All Components Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Rejected. 11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer.
