The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template (Which Constitutes The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Article 281(1)(7) Of The Act On Public Procurement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. The Execution Of The Order Must Be Carried Out With Due Care And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Possible Information For Contractors. At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 6. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. European Union, (If Applicable) Have All Legally Required Approvals And Certificates And Have A 12-Month Shelf Life (Counted From The Date Of Order Delivery) With The Exception Of Items 1,2,3,5,6,7,21,22,23, 32.33 Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Price Form (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz).8. Warranty:1) Details Regarding The Guarantee Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 2) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A 12-Month Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. 3) The Warranty Period Begins On The Day Following The Partial Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E.
