The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Service Building For A Community Center And A Volunteer Fire Brigade Along With Accompanying Infrastructure In Przejazdowo, In Accordance With The Final Decision On The Building Permit No. 1281/2022 Of December 14, 2022, Issued By The Starosta Of Gdańsk.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of One Building Divided Into Two Separate Functions: A Community Center And A Volunteer Fire Brigade Watchtower, In Accordance With The Division Into The Tasks Listed Below Adopted By The Ordering Party: 1) Construction Of Różana Street In Juszków Along With Obtaining Documents Enabling The Use Of The Building Resulting From The Works, In Accordance With The Following Specification: A) Task No. 1 - Construction Of A Village Care Center In Przejazdowie Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Part Of The Building In The Scope Of A Rural Community Center Along With The Necessary Infrastructure And Land Development. (1) The Part Of The Building In Question Is A Single-Story Building Consisting Of An Entrance Part With Communication, A Social Part And A Part With Classrooms; (2) The Total Area Of This Part Of The Building Will Be 190.76 M2; B) Task No. 2 - Construction Of A Volunteer Fire Service Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Part Of The Building For The Volunteer Fire Brigade Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure, A Flagpole And Landscaping In Przejazdowo. (1) The Total Area Of This Part Of The Building Will Be 198.84 M2; (2) The Social Room Should Be Equipped With A Set Of Kitchen Furniture Without Household Appliances; 2) Obtaining For The Ordering Party The Right To Use The Entire Building Resulting From The Above-Mentioned Construction Works, 3) Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party.
