Installation Services Of Metal Containers – Services For The Implementation Of Poim Sanitation Infrastructure In The Field, Within Sector 2 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. The Objective Of This Investment Is The Conclusion Of A Service Contract For The Implementation Of The Sanitation Infrastructure Within Sector 2 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest, Purchased According To Contract S2-Cf1 Supply Of Collection And Transport Equipment, Plus Software For Weighing, Monitoring And Transport-Poim. Consisting Of The Following Activities: - Distribution Of Equipment, Bins For Separate Pre-Collection Of Waste, In 3 Fractions, According To The Waste Management Flows Provided For According To The Specific Legislation In Force, - Record Of The Number Of Users In Each Dwelling/Location And Their Pre-Collection Needs, - Informing And Training Users In Order To Use The New Infrastructure And Pre-Collection For 3 Or More Fractions, - Installation, Placement And Assembly Of Pre-Collection Platforms/Islands, Including Adapting The Infrastructure According To The Specific Needs Of Each Location, - Other Related Activities Necessary For Implementation In The Field Of Equipment. Based On The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para. (1) Lit. A) From Law No. 98/2016, The Contracting Authority Opts For Supplementing The Quantities Of Services Already Purchased, The Maximum Level Up To Which Such Supplement Will Be Possible Being Up To 50% Of The Initial Value, According To The Conditions Provided By Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And Conditional On The Existence/Assurance Of The Financial Resources Allocated For This Purpose, In Relation To The Thresholds Corresponding To The Respective Type Of Contract Provided For In Art. 7 Para. (1) From Law No. 98/2016 And Taking Into Account The Procedure Carried Out. The Right Of The Contracting Authority To Opt For Supplementing The Quantities Of Services Is Conditioned By The Existence Of The Financial Resources Allocated For This Purpose; The Estimated Value Of The Initial Contract Can Be Supplemented By The Amount Of 4,167,070.00 Lei If The Purchaser Opts For The Supplement To The Maximum Level Provided For The Quantities Of Services Requested, Depending On The Needs.
