Daycare Services – Operation Of A Daycare Center. The City Of Georgsmarienhütte Is Building A New Four-Class Elementary School With An Attached Youth Club In The Oesede District On Municipal Land East Of The Existing Sports Hall Of The Michaelisschule Elementary School. In The Immediate Vicinity, A 5-Group Daycare Center With Three Kindergarten Groups, One Group Of Which Is To Be Operated In An Integrative Manner, And Two Crèche Groups To Look After Children From The Age Of One Are Being Built As A Municipal Building On Urban Land. The Daycare Center Will Generally Be Built In Accordance With The Standard Spatial Program Of The City Of Georgsmarienhütte (See Appendix 1). The Sponsor Is Involved In The Planning Process And Actively Involved. Until The Aforementioned Daycare Center Is Completed And Put Into Operation, A Two-Group Daycare Center With 50 Kindergarten Places (3-6 Years) Will Probably Be Set Up And Operated In The Current Premises Of The Michaelisschule Primary School (Old Building) By January 1St, 2025 (Transitional Phase). In Addition, In The Kloster Oesede District, At The Location Of The Branch Of The Sophie Scholl School (Secondary School), Zur Waldbühne 10 A, Two Cross-Age Groups Are Currently Being Built As A Temporary Solution In A Two-Group Daycare Center In A Modular Design (Urban Building), Each With 11 Kindergarten Places And 7 Daycare Centers Operated. In Terms Of Sponsorship, This Interim Solution Ends With The Completion And Commissioning Of The Nativity Scene Currently Under Construction In Oesede Monastery. The Target Date For This Is August 1St, 2025. The Rooms Available There Should Also Continue To Be Used As An Independent Interim Solution For The Operation Of 2 Cross-Age Groups And Will Be Allocated To The Sponsorship Until The New Building Of The 5-Group Daycare Center At The Location Of The New Building Of The Michaelmas School Is Completed And Put Into Operation. After Completion And Commissioning Of The New Daycare Center To Be Built In The Oesede District, The Facility In The Current Michaelisschule Primary School Will Be Abandoned And The Modular Daycare Center In The Kloster Oesede District Will Be Moved To Another Location, Continued As A Daycare Center And Reassigned Under Ownership. A Suitable Provider Is Being Sought To Operate The Temporary Interim Solutions At The Michaelisschule Primary School Locations With Two Regular Groups And The Modular Daycare Center In Kloster Oesede With Two Aü Groups And The Subsequent Permanent Operation Of The New 5-Group Daycare Center With 3 Kindergarten And 2 Crèche Groups.
