Public Transport Services By Railways – Rosenheimer Kreuz (Rox). Public Service Contract In Local Rail Passenger Transport Within The Meaning Of Article 5 Para. 1 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007. Operation Of Regional Transport With A Volume Of Approximately 4.9 Million Train Kilometers Per Year On The Following Lines: Munich – Rosenheim – Salzburg (Re 5); Munich – Rosenheim – Kufstein (Rb 54) And Rosenheim – Holzkirchen – Deisenhofen – Munich (Rb 58). The Transport Services Must Be Provided After The Night Break From December 10, 2028, The First Day Of Operation After The Major Timetable Change In 2028. The Traffic Implementation Contract To Be Concluded Ends With The Major Timetable Change In 2042, On December 13Th, 2042. The Term Of The Obligation To Provide Services Is Therefore 14 Years From The Start Of Operations. The Contract Can Be Extended Once By One Year. The Transport Implementation Contract To Be Concluded Will Be Designed As A Net Contract With A Two-Year Gross Start-Up Phase. The Vdv Contains Detailed Specifications Regarding The Quality Of The Services To Be Provided. Used Vehicles Built From 2013 And New Vehicles Are Permitted. A Capital Service Guarantee Is Offered To Finance New Vehicles. The Transport Services Are Awarded As Part Of A Competitive Award Procedure In Accordance With The Provisions Of Part 4 Of The Act Against Restraints Of Competition (Gwb) And The Ordinance On The Award Of Public Contracts (Vgv).
