A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order And: A) Annex No. 1A - List Of Glass Surfaces, B) Annex No. 1B - Detailed List Of Rooms And Areas, C) Annex No. 1C - Floor Plans Of The Rooms, D) Annex No. 1D - Map Of The Area At Ul. Kapitańska 23 And Ul. Sailing Subject To The Service (The Area Covered By The Service Is Marked In Green),E) Annex No. 1E - Instructions For Use And Cleaning.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Ppl And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, However, The Requirements And Technical Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party Defining The Subject Of The Contract Are The Minimum Conditions That The Ordering Party Will Expect To Be Met. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers And Requires The Submission Of An Offer Consistent With The Subject Of The Order.9.
