The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement For The Four Separate Positions Is In The Amount Of Bgn 241,500.00 With 2% Vat. Separate Positions No. 3 And 4 Will Be Assigned Directly, In View Of Their Estimated Value, On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement, Which Will Be Awarded With The Current Procedure Under Separate Positions No. 1 And No. 2, Is Bgn 196,300.00 With 2% Vat. The Performance Guarantee Is In The Amount Of 5% (Five Percent) Of The Estimated Value For Specific Item No. 1 And In The Amount Of 5% (Five Percent) Of The Contract Value - For Specific Item No. 2 And Is Released According To The Draft Contract .
