1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Accommodation Services In A Hotel With A Minimum Three-Star Standard (In Accordance With Point 5) For The Needs Of The National Forum Of Music. Witold Lutosławski.2. The Contractor May Offer Accommodation Services In A Facility Located No More Than 260 M Away On Foot From The Nfm Headquarters (Pl. Wolności 1, Wrocław). The Offer Of A Facility Located More Than 260 M Away On Foot From The Nfm Will Be Rejected Due To The Fact That Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order, I.E. The Facility In Which The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided Must Have A Minimum Three-Star Standard - Awarded On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Marshal Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship To Classify The Hotel Into The Appropriate Category In Accordance With Article 38 Of The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Hotel Services And Pilot Services Tours And Tourist Guides, And The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities Where Hotel Services Are Provided.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, Because The Performance Of These Activities Does Not Involve Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Dated June 26, 1974 Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1510).7. The Ordering Party Refrained From Dividing The Order Into Parts. Failure To Divide The Order Into Lots Will Not Result In Reduced Competition And Reduced Availability Of The Order For The Sme Sector. Dividing The Order Into Individual Dates Of Overnight Stays Planned In The Swz Would Cause Significant Difficulties In The Coordination Process Of All Entities, Resulting In A Serious Risk Of Incorrect Execution Of The Order.
