Part I - Providing Hotel And Catering Services And Providing Workshop Rooms With Equipment For The Organization Of Workshops For Candidates For Adoptive Parents On May 11-12, 2024. In Total, A Maximum Of 17 People Will Take Part In The Workshops, Including: 16 Participants And 1 Person Conducting Classes. The Service Includes: - Providing 1 Nights Stay For A Maximum Of 17 People, I.E. A Total Of A Maximum Of 17 Nights. For The Purposes Of Providing Accommodation Services, The Contractor Will Provide Workshop Participants With 8 Double Rooms, Equipped With Double Beds, And 1 Single Or Double Room For Single Use By The Person Conducting The Classes, - Providing Meals, Which Include: 2 Lunches (Maximum 34 Lunches In Total), 1 Dinner (A Total Of A Maximum Of 17 Dinners), 1 Breakfast (A Total Of A Maximum Of 17 Breakfasts), 2 Mini Snack Buffets (A Total Of A Maximum Of 34 Mini Buffets), - Provision Of Training Facilities, I.E. A Training Room For At Least 17 People, Equipped With Equipment Enabling Display Of A Multimedia Presentation. The Training Room Will Be Available Throughout The Duration Of The Workshop. - The Minimum Order Value Will Be 40% Of The Maximum Order Value. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims For The Execution Of The Order Less Than The Maximum Expected Amount.
