1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Documentation And Supervision Of The Implementation Of The E-Library Service In The Zamojska Library. Stanis aw Kostka Zamoyski In Zamo . In Terms Of Developing Documentation For The Implementation Of The E-Library Service, The Order Will Include: 1) Development Of A Technical Specification Of Software/Hardware/Services And A Hardware Deployment Plan, 2) Development Of A Budget Table Specifying The Costs Of Implementing The E-Library Service - Reference To Unit Prices Of Software/Hardware/Services In The Form Of A Cost Estimate,3) Preparing An Analysis Of Business Processes Related To The Provision Of Electronic Services, Taking Into Account The Current And Target Status,4) Developing A Description Of The Resources/Isp Covered By The E-Library Service, Indicating At Least: The Type And The Amount Of Individual Resources, The Current And Planned Model Of Digital Access To Resources As Part Of The Project, As Well As Legal Possibilities And Restrictions For Re-Use, 5) Preparing An Analysis/Audit Confirming The Unavailability Of Resources And The Need For Technical Adaptation Of The Infrastructure To Achieve The Goals Of The E-Library Service, If The Project Is Included Construction, Installation And Adaptation Works Related To The Adaptation Of The Infrastructure Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment (Technical Adaptation),6) Preparation Of An Analysis/Audit Confirming The Unavailability Of Resources And The Need To Purchase It Equipment,7) Preparation Of A Feasibility Study Constituting An Attachment To The Application For Co-Financing, In Accordance With With Annex No. 2 To The Application For Co-Financing - Rules For Developing A Feasibility Study For Projects Under The Fel 2021-2027 Program, 8) Developing A Financial And Economic Analysis Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Application For Co-Financing, 9) Developing A Form For The Application For Co-Financing Under Fel 2021-2027 In The Field Of Environmental Impact Assessment (Eia) Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Application For Funding, 10) Development Of The Content Of The Contract Notice For The Implementation Of The E-Library Service And Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law, In Particular Information About Referred To In Art. 134 Of This Act, 11) Development Of A Technical Description With A Level Of Detail Enabling The Announcement Of A Public Contract For The Implementation Of The E-Library Service, Which Will Constitute An Annex To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract, Containing, Among Others, Description/List/Parameters Of Infrastructure, Devices, Equipment, Licenses, Software, Services, Etc. Necessary To Implement The Project, 12) Development Of A Draft Contract For The Implementation Of The E-Library Service, Taking Into Account The Requirements Contained In The Public Procurement Law And The Ordering Partys Guidelines. In Progress Public Procedure For The Selection Of The Contractor For The Implementation Of The E-Library Service, The Subject Of The Order Will Include: 1) Directing Persons To Participate In The Work Of The Tender Committee As A Member In The Selection Of The Contractor For The Implementation Of The E-Library Service And Submitting The Declarations Referred To In Art. 56 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, 2) Preparing For The Ordering Party Comprehensive And Detailed Answers To Questions And Explanations Regarding The Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, 3) Preparing Changes, Additions, Harmonizations, Etc. To Information Prepared By The Contractor To The Extent Resulting In Particular From Questions Raised By Participants In The Proceedings For The Award Of A Contract, 4) In The Scope Related To The Subject Of This Contract - Preparing Documentation For Possible Proceedings Before The National Appeals Chamber Or The Court And Participating In Proceedings Before These Bodies And Providing Explanations During Them, 5) Analysis Of Offers And Presenting To The Ordering Party A Proposal For Selecting An Implementation Contractor E-Library Services. While Supervising The Implementation Of The E-Library Service, The Subject Of The Order Will Include: 1) Checking The Compliance Of The Activities Carried Out With The Documentation Developed By The Contractor, Including Compliance Of Solutions/Technical, Material And Operational Parameters As Well As Functionality, 2) Clarifying Doubts To The Contractor Of The E-Library Service Arising In The Course Of Implementing The Service Regarding The Documentation And The Solutions Contained Therein, 3) Completing The Details Of The Documentation, Within The Deadlines Set By The Ordering Party, 4) Agreeing And Assessing The Validity Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Documentation And Reported By The Ordering Party Or The Contractor, Within The Deadlines Designated By The Ordering Party, 5) Developing Replacement Solutions That Will Result From The Ordering Partys Request To Introduce Them, Within The Dates Set By The Ordering Party, 6) Stays Of The Contractors Representatives At The Place Of Service Implementation At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Participation In Technical Meetings, Meetings, Etc., Within The Dates Designated By The Ordering Party; Minimum Number Of Stays: 5, Maximum: 15.7) Participation In The Acceptance Of Individual, Important Parts Of The E-Library Service And In The Final Acceptance.2. A Detailed Description Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Work Is Included In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Scope Described In Points 1 - 2 Above And All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 2 Years (24 Months), Counting From The Day Following The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Referred To In The Draft Contract In 8 Section 5 Or 8 Section 10 Point 1 Or 8 Section 10 Point 2 Letter A.5. As Part Of The Agreed Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Will Transfer To The Ordering Party The Proprietary Copyrights Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2509) To All Documents Resulting From The Implementation Order In The Manner And To The Extent Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged, In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, To Ensure That The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People Or Design For All Users Are Taken Into Account When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract.
