Tenders are invited for Construction of 2 Bedrooms House & Retaining Wall at Au Cap ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) at the Ministry of Lands and Housing (MLH) Office, 2nd Floor, Independence House as of Tuesday 2nd April 2024from 10:00 to 2:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 500.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 9th April 2024 not later than 12:00 noon. Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, and the Business Registration Number / NINand a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase. PRE BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting / site visit has been organized on Wednesday 10th April 2024 at 10:30 am. The meeting point shall be at Au Cap DAs Office Car Park.
