The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Forms And Paper For Printing Documents Which The Chief Inspector Of Road Transport Is Authorized To Issue. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Chapter Iii Of The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of: 2% Of The Total Price Given In The Offer In Accordance With Art. 452 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Contractors To Pay A Deposit. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Submit The Said Evidence Along With The Offer. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Hold A Pre-Bid Meeting With The Contractors. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Applying For The Contract To Participate In The On-Site Inspection.
