Order, Cleaning And Maintenance Services In Service Areas, Parking Lots And Cics On The A2 And A4 Highways. Ensuring Order, Cleanliness And Maintenance In The 26 Service Spaces And Cics On The A2 Motorway, Lehliu-Cernavod Sector, Km 64+000 Km 211+980 And A4, Ovidiu-Agigea Sector, Km 0+000 21 +760, Over A Period Of 4 Years, In A 24-Hour/Day Permanence Regime, Which Consists Of: - Ensuring And Maintaining The Integrity And Functionality Of Parking Lots And Sanitary Facilities (Water Supply Facilities, Waste Water Discharge, Sanitary And Thermal Facilities ); - Taking Care Of The Green Spaces In The Parking Lots; - Periodic Emptying Of The Septic Tanks Related To The Sanitary Groups (As Many Times As Necessary); - Ensuring The Selective Collection Of Garbage From Parking Lots, Separately For Paper, Plastic, Glass And Household Items; - Disposal Of Household, Biodegradable And Selectively Collected Waste; - Transport Of Waste To A Storage Space, According To The Legislation In Force; - Permanent Communication With The Highway Administration, Access To Emergency Phone Numbers (Rescue, Firefighters, I.S.U, Dr.D.P. Constan a) The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Modify The Contract According To Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016 Amended And Supplemented, Provided That These Changes Do Not Fall Within The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para. (7) Of Law 98/2016, Amended And Supplemented, I.E. Not To Represent Substantial Changes. The Object Of The Changes: 1. Changes To The Duration Of Service Provision; 2. Changes To The Number Of Service Spaces, Cics And/Or Parking Lots Where The Cleaning Service Is Performed; 3. Changes To The Quantities Of Materials/Products And Changes In The Quantities Of Services Estimated To Be Performed In Order To Perform The Cleaning Service; 4. Changes Generated By Central/Local Authorities, Required By Various Notices/Agreements/Authorizations; 5. Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors And/Or The Replacement Of The Initial Subcontractors. The Reason For The Changes: - Various Requirements Of The Contracting Authority - If Necessary; - Modification Of Some Quantities Of Services/Products From The Specifications; - Extension Of The Duration Of Service Provision; - Omission Of Some Services From The Specifications; The Limits Of The Changes: - In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force; The Possibility Of Changes: In Order Not To Block The Provision Of Services And The Fulfillment Of The Object Of The Contract. The Proposed Mechanism For Making Possible Changes: In Accordance With The Legal Contractual Provisions. Any Change Will Materialize In An Additional Act To The Contract That Will Be Signed By The Provider And The Purchaser.
