Ensuring The Removal Of Graffiti In The Prague 10 District. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Antigraffiti In The Territory Of Prague 10. The Aim Of This Program Is To Remedy Vandalism, Which Occurs On The Part Of Third Parties In The Form Of Damage To Immovable Property, So-Called Graffiti Creation Without The Consent Of The Owner Of The Immovable Property In The Territory Of Prague 10. Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, The Supplier Will Provide Individual Trips For The Purpose Of Removing Graffiti Based On The Request Of The Client Or The Owner Of The Property Included In The Antigraffiti Program Of Prague 10. The Client Will Be The Customer Of The Service. Comprehensive Graffiti Removal Services Including: A) Operation Of The Telephone Dispatch Center For Receiving Graffiti Removal Requests, From 09:00 To 17:00, Taking Over The Request For Graffiti Removal From The Client Or The Owner Of The Affected Property. B) Inspection Of The Damaged Graffiti Area Up To A Size Of 2M2. This Removal Will Be Done In One Of The Following Ways: - By Chemical Means Followed By Washing With Pressurized Water - By Painting With A Suitable Color In A Shade Corresponding To The Original Color Of The Facade If The Size Of The Graffiti Is Larger Than 2 M2, Multiples Of This Area Rounded Down Are Counted As Individual Additional Exits. C) Ensuring Photo Documentation Of Graffiti Before And After Removal D) Sending Photo Documentation And Information About The Performed Activity To The Client Will Be Attached To The Invoice Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of Performance, As Well As Other Conditions Of Performance, Are Set Out In The Binding Draft Of The Contract, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation.
