Tenders Are Invited For Rfq - Pinjarra Golf Club Redevelopment - Needs & Feasibility And Masterplan

The Project Is To Conduct A Comprehensive Needs And Feasibility Study And Master Plan For The Pinjarra Golf Club Precinct And Its Operations Including Concept Designs Of Club House, Green Keeper Staff Workshop Facilities To Guide The Sustainable Development Of Infrastructure And Operations At The Pinjarra Golf Club. The Objectives Of The Project Are To:A) Identify And Summarise State And National Golf Club Trends (Which May Include Broader Country Club Type Outcomes) That Could Be Considered Within The Context Of Pinjarra, Would Enhance Visitor And Member Experiences, Increase Patronage And Inform The Precinct S Future Development; B) Identify The Existing And Future Needs Of The Pinjarra Golf Club Precinct To Ensure A Sustainable, Progressive Club; C) Verify The Condition, Use, Life Expectancy And Functionality Of The Existing Club Infrastructure And Golf Course. D) Identify Opportunities For The Rationalisation And Consolidation Of Existing Infrastructure And Golf Course, And Develop Recommendations For Disposal, Upgrades And New Builds Including High Level Costs Of Key Infrastructure; E) Identify Commercial Opportunities To Maximise Club S Profit And Return On Investment, Including The Sharing Of Facilities Through Potential Land Tenure Arrangements With Commercial Bodies; F) Informed By The Above Objectives, Prepare A Master Plan And An Associated Staging/Implementation Plan To Guide Future Planning And Implementation Of The Pinjarra Golf Club Precinct; G) Prepare Estimated Costings For Delivery Of Key Infrastructure Within The Master Plan; H) Identify Any Potential Sporting, Recreation Or Community Users That May Emerge Or May Benefit From The Implementation Of The Master Plan; I) Develop An Associated Funding Strategy To Assist With Delivery Of The Plan And Provide A Comprehensive List Of Potential Funding Organisations/Agencies Outlining Their Specific Areas Of Funding Coverage.
