1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Sterilization Items. 2. The Quantities Of Products Given In Annex 1 Are Estimates. The Ordering Party May Deliver Deliveries In Quantities Other Than Those Indicated In Annex 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Guarantees The Ordering Party The Same Unit Price Regardless Of The Quantity Of Each Product That Will Be Ordered. 3. The Offered Assortment Must Meet The Requirements Specified By Law - Appropriate For A Given Type Of Products, And In Particular The Requirements Of: The Act Of September 6, 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2301, As Amended), Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 974), Act Of October 9, 2015 On Biocidal Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 24).4 . The Central Sterilization Plant Is Responsible For Reporting Demand For Supplies Of Products. Orders Are Placed Successively: By E-Mail Or By Phone, And The Telephone Order Will Be Confirmed By The Contractor By E-Mail. Deliveries Are Made Within 3 Business Days Following The Day On Which The Order Was Placed, Between 8.00 A.M. And 2.30 P.M. Directly To The Central Sterilization Center. Working Days Are Defined As Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays.
