The Tender Includes A Maintenance Contract Of 10 Years With An Option Clause For Extension By 5 Years. The Tendering Procedure Will Be Conducted As A Negotiated Procedure With Notice Pursuant To The Dutch Defence And Security Procurement Act (Adv). All Qualifying Candidates Will Proceed To The Second Stage The Negotiation Stage. During This Negotiation Stage, You Have To Submit An Initial Tender. You Can Subsequently Negotiate About It With The Contracting Authority. After Conclusion Of The Negotiation Stage, You May Revise Your Offer And Then Submit A Final Tender.
