1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Service City Bike Service In The City Of Czelad In 2024. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize, Ongoing Management And Operation Of The City Bike System In The City Of Czelad In 2024. The Rm System Consists Of 4 Bicycle Stations Equipped With 4 Information Totems, 78 Bicycle Racks, 50 Bicycles, Along With Accompanying Software Enabling The Use Of Bicycle Rentals. The Stations Referred To Above Are Located In The Places Described In Point. 2.3 Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Detailed Conditions For Using The Rm System In Czelad Will Be Specified In The Regulations For Using The Rm System (Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulations).2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For Defects, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Civil Code, I.E. For A Period Of 2 Years. 3.
