Scheduled Air Transport Services Public Service Delegation For The Operation Of Scheduled Air Services Between Rodez-Aveyron Airport And Paris-Orly Airport. Concession Notice Launched By France Under Article 16(9) And (10) Of Regulation (Ec) No 1008/2008 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council With A View To A Public Service Delegation. By Decision Dated January 29, 2024 (Nor: Trea2402710s) France Delegated The Competence To Organize The Procedure For Awarding This Public Service Delegation To The Joint Syndicate For The Development And Operation Of Rodez-Aveyron Airport. To The Extent That, By July 20, 2024 At The Latest, No Carrier Will Have Started Or Be Able To Demonstrate That It Is About To Start Regular Air Services Between Rodez-Aveyron Airport And Paris-Orly Airport In Accordance With Public Service Obligations. Imposed On This Route And Without Requesting Financial Compensation, France Has Decided, In Application Of Article 16 Paragraphs 9 And 10 Of Regulation (Ec) No 1008/2008 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of September 24, 2008 Establishing Common Rules For The Operation Of Air Services In The Community, To Grant To An Air Carrier, After Call For Tenders In Accordance With The Procedure Provided For In Article 17 Of The Aforementioned Regulation, The Right To Operate These Air Services On An Exclusive Basis From 20 August 2024.
