The Subject Of The Order Is The Service - Post-Warranty Emergency Repairs Of Stationary Radio Stations Xt-452, M3sr 4100, Xk-2900, Them In The Years 2024-2026 In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Swz And In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Contract. Details Regarding The Subject Of The Order And The Offer Evaluation Criteria Will Be Included In The Terms Of Reference (Swz), Which, Together With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Will Be Provided To Contractors Invited To Submit Offers. The Scope Of The Contract Planned For 2025 And 2026 Will Be Implemented Provided That The Ordering Party, In December 2024 And 2025, Receives Confirmation From The Administrator Of Budget Funds That In The Financial Years 2025 And 2026 It Will Receive Funds For The Provision Of The Service In 2025 And 2026. After Receiving Confirmation Of The Availability Of The Financial Resources Referred To Above, The Ordering Party Will Immediately Notify The Contractor (In Writing, By E-Mail Or Fax) Of The Need To Implement The Scope Of The Contract To Be Implemented In 2025 And 2026.
