The Purpose Of The Purchase Is The Delivery Of A Fixed 296 Pcs Of In-Core Zone Outlet And Mixing Area Thermocouples To Mvm Paksi Atomer m Zrt. Fixed Scope 2025-2027. Per Year: 280 Pcs Of In-Core Zone Outlet And Mixing Area Thermocouples And 16 Pcs Of In-Core Twin Thermocouples Optional Scope: Purchase Right Defined In Annex No. 3 Of The Contract (Price Table) (296 Pcs Of In-Core Zone Exit And Mixing Area Thermocouples Defined In The Fixed Scope For Any Of Them) In An Amount Determined At A Maximum Of 30% Of The Compensation For The Fixed Scope Of The Contract. The Task Of The Thermocouples Is To Provide Electrical Signals Proportional To The Difference Between The Temperature Of The Heat Carrier Coming Out Of The Fuel Cassettes (Hot Point) And The Temperature Of The Inside Of The Cold Point Compensating Box (Cold Point) Prevailing In The Exit Plane Of The Reactor Active Zone. The Measurement System Is One Of The Internal Measurements Of The In-Core Reactor, Classified As Safety Class Nuclear Power Plant Systems And System Components Safety Class (Abos) 3 And Earthquake Safety Class (Fbos) 1. The Largest Diameter Of Any Point Of The Thermocouples Cannot Exceed 4+0 ,1 Mm. If The Goods To Be Delivered Do Not Have A Manufacturing And Installation Permit Issued By The National Atomic Energy Agency, It Is The Responsibility Of The Supplier To Provide The Necessary Permit Documentation In This Case, During Which The Test Results Of Fbos1 Earthquake Resistance Type Tests Must Be Attached To The Permit Documentation. To Perform Their Function, The Thermocouples Must Be Able To Serve A 6 X 15 Month Operating Period. Minimum Requirements Of The Technical Description: The Tenderer Must Make A Statement In His Technical And Professional Offer That The Thermocouples Comply With The Following Properties Listed In Points 3.2.3 And 3.2.4 Of The Kml: The Thermocouples Measuring The In-Core Cartridge Outlet Temperature And Measuring The Mixing Area Temperature Technical Minimum Requirement: Sensor: 1Xnicr-Ni (Type K); Number Of Sensors: One; Sensor Design: Straight; Measuring Range: Its Normal Operating Measuring Range Is Between 0 C And +400 C, Tolerance Classification: They Must Have Class 2 Or Better Class Accuracy According To Msz En 60584-1:2014 Or An Equivalent Standard; Vertex Design: Insulated, Without Grounding; Diameter And Material Of Protective Tube: 4+0.1X1 Mm, Stainless Steel: 1.4571 Material Quality; Fixed Compensating Conductors: Nicr-Ni (Type K); Technical Minimum Requirements For The Serious Accident Manager (Sbk) And In-Core Cassette Outlet Temperature Measuring Twin Thermocouples: Sensor: 2Xnicr-Ni (Type K); Number Of Sensors: Two [1.) And 2.)]; Sensor Design: Straight; Measuring Range: 1.) Its Normal Operational Measuring Range Is Between 0 C And +400 C, And 2.)
