The Scope Of The Order Includes The Manufacture, Delivery And Installation Of New Acoustic Equipment. The Delivered Equipment Should Have Assembly Instructions In Polish (If Required), Be Covered By At Least The Warranty Period Specified For The Given Equipment, And Be Consistent With The Technical Parameters Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Price Form.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer - Appendix No. 1A To The Swz Price Form Completed For All Offered Equipment Elements, A Description Of The Offered Products Confirming The Fulfillment Of All Parameters And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party - Descriptions Of Parameters, Functional Descriptions, Statements, Etc., Including In Particular - Information About The Manufacturers Name, Product Name / Manufacturers Catalog Number For The Offered Acoustic Equipment. The Attached Descriptions And Documents Must Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Solutions Offered By The Contractor In Terms Of The Required Technical And Functional Parameters. In Addition, The Contractor Should Also Attach A Visualization Of The Installation Of The Indicated Equipment. Failure To Submit A Visualization Of The Installation Of The Indicated Equipment, Annex No. 1A, As Well As Submitting An Uncompleted One Constitutes The Inability To Evaluate The Offer, And Thus The Basis For Rejecting The Offer In The Proceedings.
