The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Carry Out Alarm Intervention Missions In Vacant Premises Managed By Grandlyon Habitat. The Above-Mentioned Services Are Subject To Single Batch. This Contract Constitutes: - A Single-Award Framework Agreement Governed By Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 Paragraph 2; R.2162-4 R.2162-6; R.2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. - This Framework Agreement Sets Out The Contractual Stipulations In A Firm Manner And Will Be Executed As And When Required By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. Orders According To The Terms Defined In This Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Passed Without Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 540,000 Euros Over The Firm Period Of One (1) Year.
