The Border Guard Agency (Hereinafter Also The Procurement Unit) Requests Offers For Sea Container Structures Of Combination Containers In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Annexes. Anticipated Procurement The Scope Is 59 Combined Containers. The Combined Container Contains The Tender Documents Backup Power And Equipment Parts Divided By The Partition. The Reserve Power Part Includes Ready-To-Use To Be Delivered Fuel-Powered (Diesel), Backup Power Equipment With A Nominal Power Of At Least 40 Kw. The Minimum Requirements For Combination Containers Are Presented In More Detail In The Request For Tenders In Appendices 1 And 1.1. The Procurement Unit Includes In The Procurement As An Additional Procurement Reservation (Option) The Possibility To Purchase Up To 35 Combined Containers And The Object Of Purchase Maintenance Services For Existing Combination Containers. Providing Service Is Mandatory. The Procurement Unit And The Selected Supplier Enter Into A Separate Contract For Maintenance Services, If The Procurement Unit Uses The Option.
