The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Laundry Services, Including Collection Of Dirty Underwear By The Contractors Transport From The Ordering Partys Facilities, Loading, Washing, Disinfection, Sorting, Drying, Ironing, Ironing, Sewing Services - Repair Of Damaged Underwear And Delivery By Transport To The Contractor And Unloading Of Clean Underwear. Reducing The Quantitative Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Depends On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From Its Current Operations, Which Could Not Have Been Predicted At The Time Of Concluding The Contract. 9. Additional Information:9.1. The Contractor Undertakes, For The Duration Of The Contract, To Maintain A Valid And Paid Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Tort, Contract, Including Third Party Liability For Product And Pure Financial Losses) In The Scope Of Its Business Activities Covering The Subject Of The Contract, For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 200,000. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Confirmation Of The Premium Payment Or Its Installments And Documents Confirming The Continuation Of Insurance At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.
