The Subject Of This Acquisition Is Copyrighted Centralized Acquisition Of Film Usage Licenses And Film-Related Pedagogical Material Production For The Use Of Early Childhood Education Activities, Schools And Educational Institutions. The Tender Applies To The Year 2024. The Procured Service Is Described In More Detail In The Appendix 1 Description Of The Object Of Procurement. The Bidder Must Attach The Following Attachments To His Bid Completed: 1) Appendix 2, Action Plan Form 2) Appendix 3, Tenderers Reference Form 3) Appendix 4, Expert Reference Form 4) Appendix 6, Subcontractors, If The Tenderer Use Subcontractors In The Production Of The Service. In The Draft Contract Attached To The Tender Request (Appendix 5) Will Be Agreed In More Detail On The Terms That The Supplier Offers In This Contract And To The Subscriber Of The Service Identified In Its Appendices. The Goal Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Choose A Contractual Partner That Corresponds To The Service Described In The Request For Tender And Its Attachments Of Production As A Whole. The Contract Is Concluded For A Fixed Term Until 31 December 2024.
