The Above-Mentioned Service Includes: 1. Providing 15 Monochrome Mfp A4 Devices And 5 Color Mfp A3 Devices Along With The Delivery Of Original Consumables And Service Materials From The Manufacturer Of The Offered Equipment,2. Implementation Of The System Implementing The Following Functionalities: Cost Accounting, Tracking Print, Device Condition Monitoring. 3. The Term System Should Be Understood As An It Solution Consisting Of One Physical Server With Virtual Server(S) Implementing All Functionalities Required By The Ordering Party.4. Service Of The Above-Mentioned Devices And System,5. Delivery Of Consumables For Devices. The Replacement Of Consumables Is Carried Out By The Contractor Or The Ordering Party After Prior Agreement On Such A Procedure By Both Parties.6. Disposal Of All Consumables Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Materials Replaced By The Contractor Will Be Taken Away Immediately After The Replacement, And The Materials Replaced By The Ordering Party Will Be Taken Away At The Next Visit Of The Contractor.
