The Building Is Estimated At Approximately 4 X 5 Metres. The Extension Must Have A Similar Facade To The Existing Building, Must Include A New Entrance And Be Adapted Between The Nursery School And The Existing Outhouse. Relocation Of The Existing Wickerwork Fence Must Be Included To Ensure Access Around The Building. Note: A Tender Inspection Will Already Be Carried Out On Friday 3 November At 09:00
