The Acquisition Will Ensure The Courts And The Court Administration Stable Operation Of The Necessary Ict Infrastructure, And Support The Companys Strategic Objective Of Secure, Stable And Flexible Ict Solutions. In Recent Years, The Courts Have Undergone An Extensive Development Towards Digital Working Methods And Services. The Customer Has A Clear Expectation That This Development Will Continue, And The Agreement Must Incorporate And Provide Support For Such Development. A Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier With A Duration Of 4 Years. The Client Must Have An Option To Extend The Framework Agreement For A Further 1+1 Years, For A Maximum Of 6 Years In Total. The Court Administration Assumes That The Annual Withdrawal From The Agreement Will Be Between Nok 50 And 80 Million, With An Assumed Total Withdrawal Of Between Nok 300 And 480 Million Over The Entire Agreement Period. The Maximum Potential Financial Framework For The Agreement Has, After A Concrete Assessment, Been Set At Nok 900 Million, Which Includes The Estimated Value Of All Contracts, Options And Additional Services Covered By The Framework Agreement.
