The Gliders Will Be Delivered With A Dedicated Closed Trailer Within 12 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract. In The Situation Where The Purchaser Is Approved For The Commitment Credit, Payment Will Be Made Based On The Invoice And The Report Of Receipt Of The Products Delivered Without Objections, Within A Maximum Of 30 Days From The Registration Of The Invoice At The Purchasers Headquarters, But No Later Of The Last Banking Day Of 2024. Considering The Fact That The Purchaser Will Pay The Contract Price Through Commitment Credit, The Purchaser Will Pay The Price Only After The Approval Of The Budget Credit For This Purpose, And The Amounts Will Be Effectively Allocated For The Fulfillment Of The Contract. By Signing The Contract, The Supplier Expressly And Irrevocably Accepts The Possibility That The Execution Of The Contract Will Not Take Place In The Situation Where The Commitment Credit For This Purpose Will Not Be Approved, And The Amounts Will Not Be Effectively Allocated For The Fulfillment Of The Contract. In This Situation, The Contract May Be Terminated Unilaterally By The Purchaser With A Notice Period Of 15 Days, Without Owing Damages, Compensation Or Penalties Of Any Kind To The Supplier Or Its Subcontractors. In The Event That The Buyer Will Not Issue This Information And Will Not Obtain The Sums Of Money Necessary To Pay The Contract Price, The Supplier Expressly And Irrevocably Accepts That The Buyer Has The Right To Unilaterally Terminate The Contract With A Notice Period Of 15 Days, Without Owing Damages, Compensations Or Penalties Of Any Kind To The Supplier Or Its Subcontractors. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 18 Days The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers
