Provision Of A Stunt Plan. Supply Of An Aerobatic Glider, According To The Technical Specifications In The Specifications. The Product, Ready For Flight, Will Be Delivered To An Aerodrome Of The Romanian Aeroclub, Mentioned By The Contracting Authority, At The Expense Of The Supplier, Within 12 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Delivery Is Made In One Installment, Respecting The Deadline By Which The Aircraft Must Be Delivered. If The Aircraft Includes Tool Kits Specific To The Type Of Aircraft, It Is Also Necessary To Send Them. The Contract Will Be Concluded Based On The Approved Commitment Credit. In The Situation Where The Budget Credit Is Approved For The Purchaser, The Payment Will Be Made Based On The Invoice And The Report Of Receipt Of The Product Delivered Without Objections, Within A Maximum Of 30 Days From The Registration And Validation Of The Invoice In The Ro Efactura System. If The Budget Credit Is Not Approved, The Contract May Be Unilaterally Terminated By The Purchaser With A 15-Day Notice Period, Without Owing Damages, Compensation Or Penalties Of Any Kind To The Supplier Or Its Subcontractors. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information 11 Days Before The Deadline For Receipt Of Offers.
