The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of License Plates And The Disposal Of Plates Withdrawn From Circulation. The Principles Of Delivery Are Presented In The Contract Template. The Ordering Party Presents The Estimated Number And Types Of Plates That Are The Subject Of The Order: 1. Single-Row And Double-Row Car Plates - 34,500 Pcs.2. Motorcycle License Plates - 1,900 Pcs. 3. Moped License Plates - 500 Pcs. 4. Single-Row Reduced Car Plates - 170 Pcs. The Ordering Party Requires That The Plates Be Made In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1847, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of May 2, 2012 On The Conditions Of Production And Method Of Distribution Of Plates Registration And Legalization Marks, I.E. Oj Of 2022, Item 1885, As Amended) In Accordance With The Polish Standard. The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers Is The Delivery Date Of The Boards. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Within 2 Or 5 Days (This Deadline Is Declared By The Contractor In The Offer Form And Is A Criterion Evaluation Of Offers). However, In Emergency Situations, Delivery Is Required Within 24 Hours Of Placing The Order. Emergency Delivery Is Not Subject To Scoring As A Criterion For Evaluating Offers.
