The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Mineral Fertilizer Spreader For The Needs Of The Institute Of Agriculture And Horticulture, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Mineral Fertilizer Spreader Indicated In Section 1 To The Agricultural Experimental Station In Zawady, 08-111 Zawady. The Contractors Obligations Will Include: 1) Agreeing A Delivery Date, 2) Removing And Disposing Of Packaging, Unless The Ordering Party Decides Otherwise. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Store The Original Packaging Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract. The Warranty Cannot Be Conditional On Having The Original Packaging;3) Delivery (Transport, Bringing In, Unloading), Installation And Training Of Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Handling The Subject Of The Order;3.The Delivered Spreader Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Unused, Placed In Original Packaging And Manufactured In 2023.
