The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Fine Coal To The School Complex In Grodzisk, Including Transport And Unloading, With The Following Technical And Operational Parameters: 1) Calorific Value (Qri) Minimum 24 Mj/Kg 2) Ash Content (Non-Combustible Parts) (Ar) - Below 12%3) Sulfur Content (Srt) - Max 0.6%4) Moisture - Max 16%5) Granulation (Grain Size) - 3 - 31.5 Mm, Including: - Oversize Content - Max 5% - Subsize Content - Max 15 %2. The Subject Of The Contract Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. The Contracting Authority Shall Award The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of Separate Proceedings. 3. Deliveries Of Fine Coal Together With Transport And Unloading Will Be Carried Out By Self-Unloading Trucks With Protection Of The Transported Fine Coal Against The Influence Of Weather Conditions, In A Way That Prevents The Loss Of Utility Values. Place Of Delivery: The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. 4. Estimated Total Amount Of Fine Coal Delivery - 90 Tons. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Specified As To The Type In The Annex To The Contract, The Offer Form, As Well As To Limit The Subject Of The Contract, However, In Each Case, The Ordering Party Undertakes To Implement At Least 50% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract Indicated In 3 Section 2 Contracts. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Option And Increase The Order, But Not More Than To The Amount Indicated In Column 7 - Tender Form,6.
