Quote From Swz: 5.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (High-Methane Natural Gas From Group E (Gz-50) According To The Pn-C-04750 Standard Delivered Via The Gas Network) Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gas To The Following Buildings Constituting Property Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Mokot w District, Which Is Administered By The Real Estate Management Department In The Mokot w District: - Boiler Room In A Residential Building At 9 E. J. Abramowskiego Street, - Boiler Room In A Residential Building At 21 A Dolna Street, - Boiler Room In A Residential Building At 21 A Street Irysowa 8.5.1.1. The Supply Of Natural Gas Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Set Out In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended .) And Implementing Regulations To This Act.5.1.2.For The Purposes Of This Procedure, The Contracting Authority Assumed The Maximum Expected Consumption Of Natural Gas In The Period Of 24 Months At The Level Specified In Appendix No. 1 To Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right That The Contract Value May Be Lower By 50%.5.1.3. The Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From The Sale Of Natural Gas Will Be Carried Out According To The Indications Of The Measurement Systems.5.1.4. The Ordering Party Is Connected To The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator: Polska Sp ka Gazownicza.5.1.5. The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Chapter 8, Paragraph 38.1). The Quality Of Natural Gas Supplied By The Contractor At The Place Of Delivery Must Comply With The Relevant Regulations In Force On The Polish Natural Gas Market, Such As Such As The Energy Law And The Iriesd (High-Methane Natural Gas From Group E (Gz-50) According To The Pn-C-04750 Standard, Delivered Via The Gas Network). Product Life Cycle Costs, I.E. All Possible Subsequent Phases Of The Products Existence, I.E.: Development, Industrial Design, Production, Repair, Modernization, Change, Maintenance, Logistics, Training, Testing, Decommissioning And Disposal Are Included In The Price Of Gaseous Fuel Supplied, Of The Quality Specified In The Previous Sentence, From One Distribution Network, Regardless Of Who Its Manufacturer.5.2. The Activities Referred To In Point 5.1. Of This Specification Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Conditions Resulting From The Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Chapter Iii Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Terms Of The Order Are Included In The Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Chapter Iii Of The Swz. Submission Of An Offer Constitutes At The Same Time The Submission Of A Statement By The Contractor On Acceptance Of The Provisions Of The Contract.5.2.1. The Activities Referred To In Point 5.1. Swz Must Be Performed:5.2.1.1. In Accordance With The Principles Of Sound Technical Knowledge.5.2.2.1. Under The Supervision Of The Department Of Supervision And Settlement Of Works Of Zgn In The Mokot w District Of The Capital City Warsaw, Ul. Tuchli ska 1, Warsaw.5.3. The Activities Referred To In Point 5.1. Swz Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Conditions Resulting From The Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Chapter Iii Swz.5.3.1. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Amending The Provisions Of This Contract In Relation To The Content Of The Offer On The Basis Of Which The Contractor Was Selected In The Event Of: A) Changes In The Rate Of Tax On Goods And Services (Vat). In Such A Case, The Amount Of Vat Will Be Subject To Change. B) Changes In The Official Rate Of Excise Duty Applicable To The Contractor And Directly Related To The Subject Of The Contract. In This Case, The Net Unit Price For The Subject Of The Order Will Be Changed In The Amount Resulting From The Change In The Excise Tax Rate. C) Changes In The Dso Tariff Introduced In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law. D) The Ordering Partys Resignation From The Offtake Points Listed In Annex 1 To The Agreement. Not Larger Than 50% Of The Gas Consumption Points. F) Necessity To Reduce The Contracted Capacity. G) Changes In The Tariff Group5.3.2. In The Event Of The Circumstances In Point 3.3.1. A) To C) Prices And Rates Are Automatically Changed From The Date Of Their Entry Into Force Without The Need To Prepare An Annex.5.3.3. In The Event Of The Circumstances Specified In Point 3.3.1. D) Resignation From Any Gas Consumption Point Listed In Annex 1 To The Tor May Occur As A Result Of Transfer, Sale, Rental Of The Facility To Another Owner And In The Event Of Closure Or Liquidation Of The Facility. The Contract Will Be Amended By Concluding An Appropriate Annex To The Contract.5.3.4. In The Event Of The Circumstances Specified In Point 3.3.1. E) An Increase In The Number Of Energy Consumption Points May Occur As A Result Of Connecting New Facilities To The Dsos Gas Network. Increasing The Number Of Points Referred To In Appendix No. 1. To The Agreement Shall Be Made In The Amount Not Exceeding 50% Of The Gas Fuel Collection Points. Settlement Of Additional Collection Points Will Take Place In Accordance With The Original Part Of The Order And At The Same Billing Rate. The Contract Will Be Amended By Concluding An Appropriate Annex To The Contract.5.3.5. In The Event Of The Circumstances Specified In Point 5.3.1 F) And G) The Contract Will Be Amended By Concluding An Appropriate Annex To The Contract.
