The Scope Of Works Includes The Design And Execution Of An Exploratory Borehole With A Depth Of Approx. 120 M Behind The Underground Water, On The Basis Of Which, If The Appropriate Amount Of Water Is Obtained, A Deep Well Will Be Created To Supply Water To The Centrum Waterworks In Sidzin.2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A. In The Case Of Obtaining Water In An Amount That Satisfies The Investor (I.E. At Least 1.0 M3/H): - Development Of A Project Of Geological Works For The Construction Of A Groundwater Exploration Hole (Ultimately A Deep Well) And Obtaining An Approval Decision; - Drilling An Exploration Hole With A Diameter Of At Least 311 Mm To A Depth Of Approx. 10.0 M, But Not Less Than 2.0 M Below The Floor Of Quaternary Formations And Inserting Steel Casing Pipes 273 Mm - Drilling With A Minimum Diameter Of 216 Mm To A Depth Of Approx. 120.0 M And Filtering The Hole With Pvc Pipes 160 Mm Or 165 Mm With A Reinforced Wall Thickness, - Development Of A Plan For The Operation Of The Plant Performing Geological Works And Obtaining An Approval Decision, - Carrying Out The Necessary Works And Tests To Capture And Document Groundwater Resources, The Scope Of Which Will Be Included In The Prepared Geological Works Plan; - Drilling A Groundwater Exploration Well In Accordance With The Geological Works Design And The Operation Plan Of The Plant Performing Geological Works; - Preparation Of Hydrogeological Documentation Determining The Exploitation Resources Of The Well Made By A Person Authorized To Prepare It And Obtaining An Approval Decision; For Granting A Water-Legal Permit By A Person Authorized To Prepare It And Obtaining A Water-Legal Permit; - Assembly Of The Well Surface Casing; - Geodetic Inventory; B. In The Event Of Failure To Obtain The Performance That Satisfies The Investor (Below 1.0 M3/H) Or A Complete Lack Of Water In The Exploration Well: - Development Of A Project Of Geological Works For The Construction Of A Groundwater Exploration Well (Ultimately A Deep Well) And Obtaining An Approval Decision; - Drilling With A Diameter Of At Least 311 Mm To A Depth Of Approx. 10.0 M, But Not Less Than 2.0 M Below The Floor Of Quaternary Formations And Inserting Steel Casing Pipes 273 Mm; - Drilling With A Minimum Diameter Of 216 Mm To A Depth Of Approx. 120.0 M And Filtering The Hole With Pvc Pipes 160 Mm Or 165 Mm With A Reinforced Wall Thickness; - Development Of A Plant Operation Plan And Obtaining An Approval Decision; - Carrying Out The Necessary Works And Tests To Capture And Document Groundwater Resources, The Scope Of Which Will Be Included In The Prepared Geological Works Plan; - Drilling A Groundwater Exploration Well In Accordance With With The Design Of Geological Works; - Preparation Of Other Geological Documentation From The Execution Of The Well Liquidation By A Person Authorized To Prepare It.3. In The Absence Of Water Or Too Little Water, Further Work Will Not Be Continued And The Task Will Be Considered Completed. Only Works Actually Performed Will Be Billed - According To As-Built Cost Estimate, I.E. Borehole Drilling, Geological Works Design, Development Of Other Geological Documentation.
