Presentation Of The Procurement Object The Keltakanka Facility Of Kymenlaakson J te Oy (Hereinafter Procurement Unit Or Customer) Has Two 4.0 Mw Grate Boilers Supplied By Laatukattila Oy. Both Boilers Have Their Own Existing Flue Gas Bag Filter Equipment For Flue Gas Cleaning And A Common 30-Meter High Chimney With Its Own Separate Acid-Resistant Flues. With This Procurement Notice, The Procurement Unit Announces The Acquisition Of The Flue Gas Ducts To Be Built In Connection With The Flue Gas Washing And Heat Recovery System Built Behind The Boilers. Based On The Tender, The Purchasing Unit Selects One Supplier, With Whom It Concludes A Contract. Background The First Damages Were Detected In The Flue Gas Ducts Of The Heating Plant In May-June 2021, And Production Was Suspended In July 2021. The Flue Gas Ducts Were So-Called Emergency Repairs So That The Boilers Could Be Used For The Heating Season 20212022. Em. In Order To Repair The Damage And Install New Equipment, The Flue Gas Ducts Of The Heating Center Are Renewed And, In The Same Connection, Completely New Flue Gas Ducts Are Built. In 2023, Kymenlaakson J te Has Made A Decision To Invest In The Recovery Of The Heat Of The Heating Center And The Readiness To Burn The Demolition Wood. In April 2023, Ehox Tuote Oy Was Selected As The Supplier Of The Heat Recovery Washer Of The Thermal Power Plant By The Decision Of The Procurement Unit. The Flue Gas Scrubbers Will Be Installed During The Summer Of 2023. In Connection With The Delivery Of Flue Gas Ducts, Changes Are Made To The Hose Filter, The Equipment Supplier Of Which Is Dust Control Systems Oy.
