Presentation Of The Procurement Object Kymenlaakson J te Oy (Hereinafter The Procurement Unit Or Customer) Has Two 4.0 Mw Grate Boilers Supplied By Laatukattila Oy At The Keltakanka Facility. Both Boilers Have Their Own Existing Flue Gas Bag Filter Equipment For Flue Gas Cleaning And A Common 30-Meter High Chimney With Its Own Separate Acid-Resistant Flues. With This Procurement Notice, The Procurement Unit Announces The Procurement Of The Flue Gas Ducts To Be Built In Connection With The Flue Gas Washing And Heat Recovery System To Be Built Behind The Boilers. Based On The Tender, The Procurement Unit Selects One Supplier With Whom It Will Enter Into A Contract. Background The First Damages Were Observed In The Flue Gas Ducts Of The Greenhouse In May-June 2021 And Production Was Suspended In July 2021. The Flue Gas Ducts Were So-Called Emergency Repairs So That The Boilers Could Be Used For The Heating Season 2021-2022.Em. In Order To Repair The Damage And Install New Equipment, The Flue Gas Ducts Of The Heating Center Will Be Renewed And Completely New Flue Gas Ducts Will Be Built At The Same Time. In 2023, Kymenlaakson J te Has Made A Decision To Invest In Heat Recovery Of The Heating Center And Readiness For Burning Wood From Demolition. In April 2023, Ehox Tuote Oy Was Selected As The Supplier Of The Heat Recovery Scrubber Of The L mp keskus By The Decision Of The Purchasing Unit. The Flue Gas Scrubbers Will Be Installed During The Summer Of 2023. In Connection With The Delivery Of The Flue Gas Ducts, Changes Are Made To The Hose Filter, The Equipment Supplier Of Which Is Dust Control Systems Oy. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Section Ii.2.4 And In The Documents Attached To The Procurement Notice.
