The Meeting Will Be Followed By An Invitation To Submit A Tender. After The Tenders Have Been Received, Bibliotek24 Can Choose To Hold A Dialogue (Clarifications And Negotiations) With The Tenderers, Before The Libraries Individually Join Up With The Tenders They Find Relevant And Good Enough For Their Library. The Number Of Libraries That Join Up With Contracts That Are Signed Will Form The Basis For The Contract Scope.
