The Sephira System Is Integrated Into Pvp (Small Protected Vehicle). A Sephira System Notably Includes The Following Equipment: Radiosonde Stations; Meteorological Observation Stations; Meteorological Workstations; Telecommunications Systems. The Main Services To Be Provided Are As Follows: Preventive And Corrective Maintenance On Site; Factory Repairs; Supply Of Spare Parts; Configuration Management; Obsolescence Management; Processing Of Technical Facts; Support For System And Application Software And Maintenance In Security Conditions. Pvp Support Is Out Of Scope. This Draft Contract Is Subject To The Procedure With Negotiation In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 23241, L. 23243, R. 23241, R. 23243, R. 23611, R. 23618 To R. 236112 Of The Public Procurement Code . This Draft Contract Includes Both Flat-Rate Services And Other Services That May Be Ordered By Purchase Order Pursuant To Article R. 23628 Of The Public Procurement Code. Benefits On Provision: Pursuant To Articles R. 237219 To R. 237221 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Contract May Present Significant Technical Hazards, It Will Include A Share Of Supplies And Services Which Could Not Be Precisely Defined In The Initial Public Contract .
