The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Supply Of Consumables For Light Vehicles, Utility Vehicles, Heavy Goods Vehicles, Coaches, Construction Machinery And Motorized Two-Wheelers. The Services Covered By This Framework Agreement Meet The Current Needs Of The Urban Community Of Greater Reims And The City Of Reims And The Possible Needs Of Other Members Of The Central Purchasing Office. This Framework Agreement Is Established For A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Its Notification And No Earlier Than June 17, 2023. Without Prejudice To The Provisions Of Articles 38 And Following Of The Ccagfcs, It Is Terminable On Each Anniversary Date By Decision Of The Central Purchasing Notified To The Holder By Registered Letter With Acknowledgment Of Receipt 2 Months Before The End Of The Current Period.
