The Danish Environmental Protection Agency Is Responsible For Administration And Legislation On The Management Of Hunting Licences. Pursuant To The Executive Order On Hunting Licenses (Bek No. 491 Of 18/03/2021), Rifle Shooting Tests And Shotgun Shooting Tests Are Administered By The Danish Environmental Protection Agency, Which Can Delegate The Task Of Holding The Shotgun Shooting Test To Private Organisations. Proclamation On Hunting Licenses 16 Requires A Passed Shotgun Shooting Test To Be Able To Hunt With A Shotgun, And A Passed Rifle Test To Be Able To Hunt With A Rifle. The Danish Environmental Protection Agency Therefore Offers The Following Two Partial Agreements: Sub-Agreement 1: Contract Regarding Administration And Holding Of Shotgun Shooting Tests Sub-Agreement 2: Contract Regarding Administration And Holding Of Rifle Shooting Tests The Tenderer Can Bid On One Or Both Partial Agreements.
