The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Supply, Including The Sale And Provision Of Distribution Services, Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended As Amended) To The Employers Facilities. 4. The Supplied Gas Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Energy Law And Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis, As Well As Other Applicable Legal Acts Related To Them And Polish Standards. 5. Deliveries And Distribution Services Provided Under The Comprehensive Agreement Will Be Performed Under The Conditions Set Out In The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Executive Regulations To The Act And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Tariff Of The Owner Of The Distribution Network.6. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Model Contract Constituting Appendix No. 5 To Swz.7. The Total Projected Volume For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, I.E. From April 1, 2023 To March 31, 2024, Is 1,785,799.12 Kwh. In Order To Determine The Projected Gas Consumption In Kwh, A Conversion Factor Of 11.27 Was Adopted For The Estimated Amount Of 158,456.00 M3.8. The Forecasted Consumption Of Natural Gas Indicated Above Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Of Gas Actually Taken During The Term Of The Agreement. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Gas Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Parties (Gas Customers), Except For The Obligation To Pay For The Actual Amount Of Gas Taken And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Operators Tariff In Force.
