Chorzowska - In The Komunalne Forest. Completion Date: 1. March 30-31, 2023;2. April 27-28, 2023;3. May 25-26, 2023;4. June 29-30, 2023;5. July 27-28, 2023;6. August 24-25, 2023;7. September 28-29, 2023. Note: The Above Dates Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Delivery Dates Or To Completely Resign From Part Of The Deliveries. The Above May Result From Unfavorable Weather Conditions, Failure Of The Installation, Damage/Destruction Of Graduation Towers, Etc. The Ordering Party Will Commission The Contractor With The Scope Of Deliveries In Accordance With The Actual Demand. The Contracting Authority Specifies The Minimum Value Of The Service: At Least 50% Of The Total Gross Value Of The Contract. Ii. Pumping Out The Used Brine Seven Times From The Graduation Tower Administered By Mzuk: The Scope Of The Contract Includes Pumping Out And Transporting All The Used Brine And Its Disposal From The Graduation Tower Installation Located In Gliwice At Ul. Chorzowska - In The Municipal Forest. The Contractor Is Obliged To Pump Out And Remove The Used Brine Using Appropriate Equipment, In Accordance With The Requirements And Provisions Of Law, And To Dispose Of The Pumped-Out Brine In Accordance With Applicable Law. Completion Date: 1. April 27-28, 2023;2. May 25-26, 2023;3. June 29-30, 2023;4. July 27-28, 2023;5. August 24-25, 2023;6. September 28-29, 2023;7. 27/10/2023 Note: The Above Dates Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Dates Of Pumping Out Or To Completely Resign From The Selected Dates. The Above May Result From A Change In The Brine Delivery Date, Unfavorable Weather Conditions, Failure Of The Installation, Damage/Destruction Of Graduation Towers, Etc. The Employer Will Commission The Contractor With A Scope Consistent With The Actual Demand. The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum Value Of The Service - At Least 50% Of The Total Gross Value Of The Contract. Due To Changing Weather Conditions, The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Accurately Estimate The Amount Of Brine That Must Be Pumped Out Before Replenishing With New Brine. For The Purposes Of This Proceeding, An Estimated Value Of 15 M3 Was Adopted. The Amount Of Pumped Out And Collected Brine Will Be Indicated In The Monthly Acceptance Report, In Accordance With The Agreed Price For 1 M3. All Costs Resulting From Transport, Delivery, Collection, Pumping And Export Should Be Included In The Price Of Brine Purchase And Collection. Delivery Should Be Carried Out With Particular Care. Any Damage Caused During The Delivery Shall Be Removed By The Contractor At His Own Cost And Risk. Iii. Brine Specification: 1. Natural Brine From Springs.2. Natural Brine Salinity: Min. 4%.3. Iodine Content In Brine: Min. 50 Mg/L.4. The Brine Intended For Use In The Graduation Tower Must Have A Certificate Confirming The Healing Properties Of Natural Medicinal Raw Materials And The Climate In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On The Scope Of Tests Necessary To Determine The Healing Properties Of Natural Medicinal Raw Materials And The Healing Properties Of The Climate, The Criteria For Their Assessment And The Template Of The Certificate Confirming These Properties Of April 13, 2006 (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 605) Issued By An Authorized Entity In Accordance With Art. 36 Sec. 2 Of The Act Of 28 July 2005 On Health Resort Treatment, Health Resorts And Health Resort Protection Areas And Health Resort Communes (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 151). 8% Salinity. In Connection With The Above, The Employer Allows The Act Of Additional Salting Of Natural Brine In Order To Obtain The Required Parameter. Upon Delivery, The Purchaser Will Verify/Test The Salinity Percentage Of The Supplied Brine. If The Required Parameter Is Not Achieved, The Contractor Will Be Forced To Immediately Deliver Brine With The Required Parameters. In The Case Of Delivery Of Brine That Does Not Meet The Required Technical And Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties.
