The Procurement Applies To All Types Of Plumbing Work Including Material Deliveries, Mainly On Buildings That Are In Daily Use. For The Assignment, A Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into With 2 Suppliers, Provided That There Is A Sufficient Number Of Suitable Offers. If There Is Only One Suitable Offer, The Entire Assignment (Both Subcontracts) Can Be Awarded To One And The Same Supplier.
