The Requirements And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Contract Conditions, Which The Contracting Authority Will Provide To The Contractors Invited To Submit Tenders, Who Meet The Conditions Specified In The Advertisement. 3.
